Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Own the technical relationship with accounts from onboarding to expansion.
• Engage with client tech stakeholders to understand infra and goals.
• Lead workshops and architecture sessions to align Insider solutions.
• Run pilots and PoCs to demonstrate value and drive rollout.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation with internal teams.
• Escalate blockers and coordinate cross-functional solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in complex technical solution design, system architecture, or SaaS implementation.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior IT leaders and influence decisions.
• Strong project and stakeholder management with pilots and scalable deployments.
• Technical knowledge with cloud infrastructure, hybrid systems, and system integration best practices.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, XML, and database technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex ideas into actionable business solutions.
