Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Own technical relationship with accounts from onboarding to expansion.
• Engage client tech stakeholders to understand infra, goals, and metrics.
• Lead workshops and architecture sessions to align Insider One with client objectives.
• Run pilots and PoCs to demonstrate value and drive production rollouts.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation with internal teams.
• Escalate blockers and drive solutions with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in complex technical solution design and SaaS implementations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior IT leaders and influence decisions.
• Strong project/stakeholder management; pilots and scalable deployments.
• Knowledge of cloud infra, hybrid systems, and integration best practices.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, XML, and databases.
• Experience with marketing tech, SaaS, mobile apps, or API integrations preferred.
• Familiarity with webhooks, CDPs, or personalization engines is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to translate tech ideas into business solutions.
