Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Own the technical relationship from onboarding to expansion.
• Lead architecture sessions to align Insider with client goals.
• Run pilots and PoCs to prove value and enable rollout.
• Troubleshoot issues with engineering and product teams.
• Escalate blockers and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
• Advocate for customer needs within Insider product team.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in complex SaaS solution design and architecture.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior IT leaders and influence decisions.
• Strong PM and stakeholder management with pilots and deployments.
• Knowledge of cloud infra, hybrid systems, and integration best practices.
• Tech skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, XML, databases.
• Experience with marketing tech, SaaS, APIs; webhooks/CDPs is a plus.
