📋 Description

• Lead localization of MVNO core integration for local markets.
• Bridge regulatory needs with Core Network Engineers and partners.
• Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios for regulatory delivery.
• Create technical workflows for regulatory services (MNP, Lawful Interception).
• Coordinate with regulators, MNOs, and internal teams on scope and priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect (telecom/tech).
• Ability to translate regulatory docs into engineering tasks.
• Comfort with SIP, SMS routing, MNP databases; strong writing of user stories and specs.
• Experience with Jira and managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience with international roaming, interconnectivity, and global telecom markets.
• Clear technical documentation and process flowcharts; English proficient.
