Solutions Architect - Commercial (Professional Services)

📋 Description

• Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images across customer organizations
• Serve as the primary technical contact for Commercial customers and collaborate with account teams
• Onboard customers and ensure high-quality Chainguard image deployment and documentation
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface customer requirements and prioritize solutions
• Maintain account-level architecture docs and share best practices across the org

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building high-performance, multi-tier apps with hands-on Kubernetes and containers
• 2+ years in a pre- or post-sales customer-facing role
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for engineers to executives
• Continuous learner with drive for excellence and problem solving
• Bachelor’s in CS/Software Eng/IT or related field
• Strong knowledge of software development processes and engineering design concepts
