Solutions Architect - Data Governance

📋 Description

• Lead governance strategy, architecture, and transformation initiatives.
• Conduct governance discovery workshops, maturity assessments, and roadmaps.
• Design governance frameworks: ownership, stewardship, policies, glossaries, metadata, and processes.
• Architect Microsoft Purview implementations: Unified Catalog, Data Map, Data Estate Insights
• Establish standards across Fabric, Azure Data Services, Power BI, SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure
• Advise sponsors, councils, stewards, and teams on scalable governance solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years delivering enterprise data governance solutions.
• Hands-on Microsoft Purview implementations (Unified Catalog, Data Map, etc.).
• Experience establishing data stewardship programs with executive sponsorship.
• Proven client-facing governance consulting and strategic advisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Azure, governance frameworks, and reporting.
