📋 Description

• Senior role focused on adapting mobile network platform for multiple markets.
• Bridge regulatory, product, and engineering needs across regions.
• Lead discovery with MNOs, regulators, and internal teams.
• Define requirements, priorities, dependencies, and delivery approaches.
• Coordinate cross-country workstreams with compliance and scalability in mind.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Technical Business Analysis, Solutions Architecture, or similar.
• Translate regulatory docs into clear engineering deliverables.
• Deep telecom knowledge: SIP, SMS routing, MNP, interconnectivity.
• Experience writing user stories, specs, acceptance criteria, docs.
• Proficient with Jira and cross-functional delivery workflows.
• Experience across markets; MVNO or Mobile Core is a plus.
