📋 Description

• Lead onboarding and integrations team for client deployments.
• Own end-to-end onboarding with guidance through implementation.
• Analyze requirements; design solutions leveraging platform capabilities.
• Manage projects with timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Develop APIs, SDK docs, and integration guides.
• Understand customer challenges; tailor solutions accordingly.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in implementation management, integrations eng, or similar.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
• 3+ years in B2B SaaS (payments, fraud, risk, etc.).
• Strong API/OpenAPI knowledge; modern integration patterns.
• SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
• Proficient in Python, Bash, Ruby, Golang, SQL, Postman.
