📋 Description

• Lead technical talks on customer calls and design enterprise architectures for North deployments.
• Deep dive on customer queries and Cohere technology; facilitate evaluations and pilots.
• Develop and document scalable processes for the solutions architect team and adjacent teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure offerings meet customer needs.
• Work with partners to enable and accelerate their customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of customer-facing technical pre/post sales Solutions Architect/Engineers experience.
• Passion for Generative AI and understanding of Generative LLMs/AI tech.
• Familiarity with foundational ML concepts (training, evaluation, etc.).
• Excellent communication to present to CEOs and work with technical audiences.
• Thrives in ambiguous environments; capable of implementing high-impact processes.
• Comfortable with Python and Assistive Coding tools.
