📋 Description

• Build, lead, coach, and scale a high-performing Solutions Architecture org across multiple EMEA
• Define and improve the regional engagement model with Sales leadership, including coverage and
• Establish operating processes, performance expectations, and strategic priorities for value
• Recruit and retain senior technical professionals and future leaders.
• Balance strategy with direct participation in strategic customer engagements.
• Engage with CIOs/CTOs and senior stakeholders on cloud, infra, AI/ML, and technology solutions.

• Proven people-management experience hiring, coaching, and developing senior professionals.
• Strong track record leading customer-facing tech teams across EMEA, with multi-country/cultural
• Experience building, scaling, and operating Solutions Architecture or similar teams.
• Player-coach mindset; capable of executive leadership and hands-on customer engagement.
• Deep understanding of the EMEA tech market and diverse customer segments.
• Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and lead complex engagements.
