📋 Description

• Build, lead, coach, and scale a high-performing Solutions Architecture org across multiple EMEA
• Define and improve the regional engagement model in partnership with Sales leadership.
• Establish operating processes, performance expectations, and strategic priorities.
• Recruit, develop, and retain senior technical professionals and future leaders.
• Maintain a strong player-coach approach with strategic and hands-on engagements.
• Engage with CIOs, CTOs, infrastructure and AI/ML leaders, and other senior stakeholders.

• Proven people-management experience, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, developing senior
• Strong track record leading customer-facing technical teams across EMEA, distributed across
• Demonstrated experience building, scaling, and operating Solutions Architecture or similar teams.
• Strong player-coach mindset balancing organizational strategy with hands-on customer engagement.
• Deep understanding of the EMEA tech market and cross-cultural navigation.
• Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and lead complex customer engagements.
