• Strong track record leading customer-facing technical teams across EMEA.
• Experience building and operating Solutions Architecture or similar orgs.
• Player-coach mindset; work across exec leadership and hands-on engagements.
• Deep understanding of the EMEA tech market across cultures and segments.
• Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and lead complex engagements.
