Solutions & Communications Architect (Fractional Contract)

📋 Description

• Lead the discovery and architecture of a secure, unified communications and workflow environment
• Understand business, technical, security, and operational requirements before designing or
• Design end-to-end architectures covering identity verification, access controls, data protection
• Establish approval checkpoints and human-in-the-loop controls for sensitive communications and data
• Build and launch a functional pilot with monitoring, backups, validation, and evidence of correct
• Review team deliverables for security, quality, architecture, and completeness; redirect as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience in solution, enterprise, integration, platform, or security architecture.
• Experience designing AI-enabled workflows or work-management platforms with robust audit trails.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management, data protection, least-privilege, security
• Proven ability to design secure environments with data isolation across multiple clients or user
• Ability to translate evolving requirements into practical, secure, scalable technical solutions.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate research while validating outputs personally.
