📋 Description

• Own onboarding and adoption engagements end to end for enterprise customers.
• Lead discovery of the API lifecycle, teams, collaboration patterns, and security needs.
• Configure and validate enterprise security and identity controls (SSO/SAML, SCIM).
• Design and stand up discovery workspaces, access controls, and CI/CD workflows.
• Coordinate IT, security, and engineering stakeholders; manage risks.
• Expand and adapt the service portfolio to new offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in a technical customer-facing role (Solutions Eng, PS, CSM).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, API design (REST, GraphQL), and integration patterns.
• Hands-on with SSO/SAML, SCIM, and providers like Okta/Entra/OneLogin.
• Strong consultative instincts for discovery and presenting to tech and business audiences.
• Strong technical curiosity; eager to learn and expand platform expertise.
• Proven project-management; keep multiple engagements on track.
