📋 Description

• Provide pre-sales technical support to sales teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in human services with industry understanding.
• Familiarity with EHR systems or SaaS products.
• Experience in customer-facing, pre-sales, or sales engineering roles.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into demonstrations.
• Experience across multiple product lines preferred.
