📋 Description

• Lead execution of TJC survey readiness roadmap (6-month scope).
• Refine and drive master Project Work Plan for Behavioral Health/Telehealth readiness.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies; update roadmap and mitigation plans.
• Partner with workstream leads; develop materials and process docs.
• Organize internal mock audits, tracer activities, readiness drills.
• Establish cross-functional governance and leadership communications.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in healthcare PM, operations, or management consulting.
• Proven track record leading complex regulatory/accreditation initiatives.
• Strategic and project management skills; influence without authority.
• Strong written/verbal communication; distill clinical/regulatory insights into exec summaries.
• Highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for expanding access to mental health care.
