📋 Description

• Own the full customer lifecycle for Notion deals in Dublin, from first meeting to renewal planning.
• Design and build live workflow solutions with customers; run discovery and co-build in Notion.
• Collaborate with BDRs on target accounts and co-own outbound pipeline.
• Navigate pricing, procurement, legal, and security reviews to close deals.
• Guide early implementation with adoption plans and handoff to Outcomes Architects.
• Partner with OA on onboarding, expansion, and renewal execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
• Technical fluency; able to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot in front of customers.
• Strong discovery, qualification, and ability to map workflows to outcomes.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder cycles including procurement, legal, and security.
• Ability to present simple solutions to complex problems; operate with agency and urgency.
• AI fluency and curiosity; English and Italian language skills.
