📋 Description

• Lead customer-focused engagements from discovery through delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5+ years in management or technology consulting or related customer-facing tech role.
• Experience implementing SaaS applications or enterprise software.
• Strong business process optimization and change management knowledge.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business recommendations.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and structured delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills.
