📋 Description

• Partner with Account Directors to guide customers through research and design goals.
• Support discovery conversations to identify pain points and complex workflows.
• Translate challenges into high-impact use cases and demos.
• Own the tech win by aligning across buying committees.
• Provide product expertise: capabilities, value, limitations, best practices.
• Plan and execute evaluations: design, recruiting, fielding, analysis support.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role (Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, Research
• Strong qualitative research methods knowledge; hands-on planning/execution experience.
• Ability to communicate complex workflows as compelling product stories.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; consultative with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and crafting strategic recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, behavioral sciences, HCI, design research, or
