📋 Description

  • Pre-sales demos and trials for Immersive One platform
  • Own onboarding across multiple accounts within two months
  • Deliver one-to-many enablement to drive value quickly
  • Answer technical questions and flag blockers early
  • Maintain knowledge of Immersive platform and competitor tech
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and Customer Operations to keep motion efficient

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical onboarding
  • Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in IT fundamentals; knowledge of information security concepts
  • Experience delivering onboarding or enablement at scale
  • Familiarity with PLG or digitally-led customer motions
  • Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux, security tools, and cloud environments is a plus
