📋 Description

• Own the technical engagement with customers and help close high-velocity opportunities.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams for product feedback.
• Drive product conversations based on needs learned during customer interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally located on the East Coast or Chicago Area.
• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source or Metrics/Monitoring.
• Remote-first and able to collaborate with an international team.
• Excellent written and oral communication; articulate Grafana's value and tech advantages.
• Love solving tech challenges; growth mindset; bootcamp grads or post-sales welcome.
• Self-motivated, initiative, creative; comfortable starting new things.
