📋 Description

• Architect, develop, and support complex integrations between Workstream and client HR, payroll, and
• Lead end-to-end software lifecycle from design to production, with AI-native tooling and automation.
• Collaborate with enterprise clients and internal teams to translate requirements into
• Own integration architecture decisions and establish engineering standards across Professional
• Build reusable integration frameworks and internal tools to improve efficiency and observability.
• Collaborate with Product to surface recurring customer pain points and influence roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering with strong full-stack or backend depth.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript; experience designing REST APIs at scale.
• Infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD: Terraform, GitHub Actions or equivalent.
• AI-native development practices: LLM APIs, prompt engineering, AI tooling.
• Excellent communication to translate complex requirements to technical specs and non-technical
• Experience with enterprise integrations and client-facing engineering is a plus.
