Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead technical engagements across the full customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sales to design solutions for imaging, 3D, and AI products.
• Present demos and articulate value to technical teams and executives.
• Coordinate onboarding and provide hands-on technical support.
• Surface feedback to Product and Engineering and enable Sales training.
• Mentor junior Solutions Engineers and represent Nearmap at events.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in GIS, Geography, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years in a customer-facing technical role with pre-sales experience.
• Proven ability to influence technical buying decisions and drive success.
• Geospatial domain expertise in Engineering, Construction, Property, or GIS.
• Strong API, Python, and web GIS development skills.
• Hands-on GIS experience with ArcGIS or QGIS.
