Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with incubation AE to lead tech validation from discovery to close.
• Understand product development workflows and map them to Command by Asana.
• Translate customer pain points into practical solution designs for Eng leaders.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions, whiteboard conversations, and tailored demos.
• Advise on solution architecture, integrations, and deployment approaches.
• Build repeatable demo assets and technical collateral to scale the motion.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of engineering/product dev personas and delivery workflows.
• Strong understanding of AI coding agents, APIs, data structures, and automation.
• Excellent discovery skills to uncover workflows, constraints, and success metrics.
• Skilled at delivering technical and executive demos, workshops, and whiteboards.
• Strong collaboration with AEs, CSMs, Product, and Marketing to drive outcomes.
