Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to enable customers'
• Demo advanced use cases with AEs and prospects; manage proofs of concept to drive adoption.
• Guide customers to turn proofs of concept into scalable SMS/email strategies.
• Be a trusted technical advisor across customer lifecycles; showcase product and business fit.
• Develop a strong technical grasp of the Postscript platform, including APIs and integrations.
• Bridge GTM and Product to document and prioritize customer requests.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in revenue-driving, customer-facing technical roles (solutions/sales/support engineer or
• Ecommerce knowledge; Shopify ecosystem highly preferred.
• Experience with Shopify/ecommerce brands; enterprise typically high-GMV DTC or omnichannel.
• Strong customer-first mindset; technically fluent with front-end web tech (JavaScript, CSS).
• Comfort discussing AI capabilities and using AI tools in workflows; able to demo AI-powered
• Experience with API integrations and building proof of concept product integrations.
