Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as trusted technical advisor for enterprise partners across Turkey and EMEA.
• Bridge customer needs with engineering, product, sales, compliance, and operations teams.
• Combine technical consulting, API integration, solution design, pre-sales, and relationship
• Guide customers from discovery and evaluation through implementation and onboarding.
• Translate regional requirements into actionable product and engineering feedback.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure long-term platform adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in enterprise solutions engineering, sales engineering, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, integration workflows, WebSockets, JSON.
• Experience with Postman and Grafana.
• Native or business-level Turkish; strong English communication.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Self-motivated, capable of managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
