Solutions Engineer, Ads

📋 Description

• Partner with Client Partners to unlock new business and accelerate deals.
• Lead technical discovery with advertisers to map data flows and activation goals.
• Design implementation for pixels, APIs, server-to-server, identity, offline conversions.
• Guide onboarding for tracking, attribution, audience signals, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot issues in implementation, signal quality, delivery, and measurement.
• Build demos, proofs of concept, and narratives to show value of ads solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in solutions engineering or related client-facing role.
• Hands-on ad measurement, pixels, APIs, identity solutions, CRM/data integrations.
• Understand tag managers, CDPs, analytics tools, attribution platforms, data warehouses.
• Explain complex technical concepts to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience writing SQL, using APIs, debugging implementations, with structured data.
• Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and building processes from scratch.
