📋 Description

• Be the AI Agent expert in early sales cycles.
• Collaborate with Core SEs to drive AI Agent opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery and workshops with customers.
• Own use-case and API discovery for AI Agent solutions.
• Support high-stakes AI Agent demos with the team.
• Translate technical depth into business value for execs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience designing, building, or selling AI Agents or agentic AI systems.
• Understanding of APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with Conversational AI or contact center tech.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to prototype in Python is a plus.
