Solutions Engineer, AI/ML

📋 Description

• Work hands-on with customers to deliver production-ready AI/Software solutions.
• Drive customer success via implementations, POC conversions, renewals, and satisfaction.
• Leverage deep technical expertise to support customers and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaborate with the product team to prioritize the roadmap from customer feedback.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise way.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in AI, data science, ML, or software engineering.
• 2+ years building AI solutions with generative tech (LLMs, vector DBs, agents).
• Strong MLOps lifecycle knowledge: data engineering, training/eval, serving, monitoring.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure; Kubernetes is a plus.
• Strong Python programming.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and customers; strong communication and CRM skills.
