Solutions Engineer (Chicago)

📋 Description

• Own the technical win: scope evaluations, run technical discovery, and design POCs matching
• Be the technical authority in architecture reviews, security questions, and evaluations
• Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer teams
• Help customers deploy and operate agent-based apps (conversational, research, multi-step workflows)
• Run demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences
• Advise post-sale on architecture and roadmap opportunities to drive expansion

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in a relevant technical role (solutions engineering, sales engineering, etc.)
• Comfort owning the technical thread in a sales cycle: discovery, POCs, architecture reviews
• Ability to explain tradeoffs clearly to developers and build trust
• Track record of taking responsibility for outcomes
• Bias toward action and willingness to figure things out
• Genuine interest in operating AI agents in production
