Solutions Engineer II- API

📋 Description

• Partner with enterprise organizations to modernize API development and governance through
• Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, proof of concepts, and customer workshops.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success as a trusted technical advisor.
• Support customers with API strategy and solutions leveraging Swagger and OpenAPI tooling.
• Engage with customers during evaluations and demonstrations to showcase SmartBear capabilities.
• Contribute to reusable technical assets and provide hands-on guidance to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, Software
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, OpenAPI Specification, API development, and modern software
• Experience delivering demonstrations and proof of concepts for enterprise customers.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD, cloud technologies, DevOps, or application integration.
• Strong communication, discovery, and consultative problem-solving skills.
• A passion for helping customers solve technical challenges while partnering across Sales, Product
