Solutions Engineer III- Test

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor with enterprise customers to design modern software testing
• Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, POCs, and solution architecture across SmartBear’s
• Bring deep expertise in software testing, automation, QA practices, and SDLC workflows.
• Partner with customers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and proofs of
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and demos; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing
• Continuously improve demo environments and reusable technical assets.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, QA Engineering, or
• Strong consultative problem-solving, troubleshooting, and excellent enablement skills.
• Hands-on experience with test automation, API testing, CI/CD, or DevOps.
• Experience delivering enterprise demos and proof of concepts; SAP environment experience highly
• Excellent ability to translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.
