🎯 Requirements

2+ years in a client-facing technical role focusing on API integrations.
Expertise in troubleshooting RESTful APIs.
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills for integration issues.
Experience creating and maintaining clear, user-friendly technical documentation.
Exceptional written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin Chinese.
Proactive, client-focused mindset with ownership of client success.
