Serve as primary technical contact; provide hands-on support and post-launch assistance.
Debug and resolve issues in sandbox and production environments with clients.
Perform technical configuration tasks, including whitelisting and credential setup.
Create and maintain technical documentation for clients.
Provide first-line support via channels like Slack and WhatsApp.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in client-facing technical role focused on API integrations.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
Proven ability to guide clients through complex technical processes with hands-on support.
Experience troubleshooting RESTful APIs.
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
