Solutions Engineer, MENA

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to help customers understand Telnyx solutions in MENA
• Lead technical discovery, demos, and POC support across the sales cycle
• Design solution architectures using Telnyx products for telecom, APIs, and AI capabilities
• Explain Telnyx Voice, SIP Trunking, Messaging, Networking, and AI to diverse audiences
• Support customer integrations in real environments and build lightweight demos
• Act as voice of the customer, sharing feedback to Product/Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a client-facing technical role (solutions engineering, sales engineering, etc.)
• Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, telecom infra, networking, APIs, or related tech
• Experience explaining complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent presentation and demo skills
• Experience working with sales during discovery, evaluation, and POC
