📋 Description

• Remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
• Support sales teams by handling customer requests, compliance needs and vendor registrations.
• Create video and knowledge-base content; facilitate customer office hours, demos, and technical
• Increase adoption and reduce friction through go-to-market enablement and clear product guidance.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to improve understanding of 1Password for customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-facing experience, preferably in SaaS/Security/Technology.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for a general audience.
• Strong presentation and writing skills; high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines; capable of working independently and in a
• Bonus if you have experience with 1Password or password managers.
