Manage end-to-end implementation and build customer processes from scratch
Lead training and Q&A sessions with stakeholders to enable self-sufficiency
Coordinate multiple onboardings through proactive project management
Oversee activities for supporting solutions and technical consultants
Collaborate with product/engineering to set expectations and scope

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in Procurement/Sourcing, ERP/P2P consulting, or key B2B SaaS relationships
Experience leading enterprise-wide P2P or ERP implementations
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Strong collaboration with product/engineering teams
Comfort with software configuration and problem-solving attitude
Willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy customers
