Sourcing Manager, CapEx (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Develop and implement sourcing and cost management strategies for capital purchases and production
• Understand production equipment to identify opportunities for cost, space, and process optimization
• Negotiate to maximize value, reduce cost and optimize delivery priority while lowering risk.
• Build and manage project budgets, funding requests, and capitalization plans focusing on Total Cost
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and market analysis for assigned categories.
• Communicate equipment status, schedules, risks, and mitigations to management and adapt to changing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation
• 3+ years experience with capital expenditure purchasing; experience across multiple categories.
• Strong project management, organization, and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication (written, verbal, presentation) and problem-solving
• Experience managing large-scale capital projects and building supplier relationships.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite; ability to work with a fast-moving, high-integrity environment.
