Sourcing Manager (Cryogenic & Power Generation Capital)

📋 Description

• Create sourcing strategies for assigned categories to reduce risk and meet targets
• Develop stakeholder relationships to optimize value and drive cost reductions
• Present to executives during high-stakes negotiations and launch events
• Drive sourcing strategy compliance and manage supplier performance
• Identify and execute cost reduction projects with stakeholders
• Analyze financial and operational data to inform decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree with 3+ years in engineering, purchasing, logistics, contract negotiation, or
• Experience with propellants, cryogenics, bulk commodities, or large capital equipment
• Experience sourcing cryogenic systems, power generation equipment, or similar capital projects
• Strong ability to read technical drawings and engineering BOMs
• Proficiency with MS Office, SQL, Power BI and related tools
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
