Sourcing Manager for Specialized Hiring (Onsite)

📋 Description

• Design, build and establish activities to bring in right candidates for openings
• Create a database of candidate profiles for technical/special programs
• Plan and implement sourcing/marketing campaigns per client requirements
• Collaborate with recruitment ops, client vendors, and internal sourcing teams
• Consolidate, track, and report initiatives; provide recommendations
• Build and manage specialized campaigns, ensure cost-per-hire targets

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in talent sourcing for specialized/BPO roles
• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, HR or related
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong project implementation, presentation, analysis
• Problem solving and MS Office proficiency
• Experience with Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, proactive sourcing, AI recruiting
