Sourcing Manager, PCB/PCBA (Starshield)

📋 Description

• Develop sourcing and cost strategies with suppliers for Starshield hardware
• Aggregate demand for PCB/PCBA hardware to enable accurate signals
• Lead RFIs/RFPs/RFQs as supplier interface
• Run RFX with internal teams and implement sourcing decisions
• Drive cost management toward project budgets and forecasts
• Build supplier partnerships and drive process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years (or 7+ years) in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, or
• Experience with PCB/PCBA or electrical components
• Proven leadership and supplier management skills
• Analytical, problem solving, organizational skills; strong communication
• Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of SQL/Access a plus
• Willing to travel and work with global suppliers
