Sourcing Manager (Promotional Merchandise)

📋 Description

• Manage supplier relationships and sourcing of promo products
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors
• Oversee procurement and order management for multi-vendor projects
• Build and maintain vendor network and catalog/lookbooks
• Collaborate with Swag, Production, and Sales teams
• Ensure quality and on-brand product fulfillment at scale

🎯 Requirements

• Experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products
• Proven vendor management experience and negotiation skills
• Understanding of design concepts and clear communication
• Experience with promo software (CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, Netsuite) or similar
• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams
