Sourcing Manager (Promotional Merchandise)

📋 Description

• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate rates for promotional products and materials.
• Develop and expand vendor networks; build a scalable catalog and lookbooks for client campaigns.
• Own end-to-end sourcing, pricing, and fulfillment with a focus on speed, cost, and quality.
• Collaborate with Swag, Production, and Sales to deliver on brand and client needs.
• Oversee procurement and order management; coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for
• Maintain pricing accuracy, quality standards, and supplier performance against quarterly targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products with suppliers/decorators.
• Proven supplier/vendor management: pricing, terms, and agreements negotiation.
• Strong design sensibility and ability to communicate concepts clearly.
• Experience with promo product software (CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, Netsuite, or similar).
• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
