Sourcing Manager (Promotional Merchandise)

📋 Description

• Manage vendor relationships and inventory for promotional products
• Own procurement and order management across multiple vendors
• Build and maintain a scalable vendor network and product catalogs
• Collaborate with Swag, Production, and Sales to enable client campaigns
• Oversee global fulfillment in partnership with logistics teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products with suppliers and decorators
• Proven vendor management experience including negotiating pricing and terms
• Strong design sense and ability to communicate it clearly
• Experience using promotional product software such as CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, Netsuite, or
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
