📋 Description

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for promo products
• Build and manage a scalable vendor network
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors
• Set pricing to balance market competitiveness and margins
• Oversee procurement and order management for global fulfillment
• Collaborate with Swag, Production, and Sales to enable campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products
• Proven vendor management and negotiation experience
• Strong design understanding and clear communication
• Experience with promo software: CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, Netsuite
• CRM experience: Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
• Highly organized with multi-workstream prioritization
