Sourcing Manager (Starship)

📋 Description

• Strategic technical procurement and supplier development for Starship hardware.
• Manage cost strategies, supplier base, and sourcing plans to meet production goals.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to maintain on-time production and supply chain health.
• Drive risk management, cost controls, and negotiations to support aggressive cost goals.
• Interface with internal teams to align sourcing with design changes and NPI timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree with 3+ years in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, operations, or
• Experience in technical procurement, vendor management, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills; proficient in MS Office, SQL, and
• Ability to read technical drawings, data sheets, BOMs, and related files; effective communication
• Travel up to 15%; onsite in Hawthorne, CA required.
