Sourcing Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage complex sourcing cases requiring detailed technical or pricing analysis.
• Coordinate and place orders for non-standard, escalated projects with production teams.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, engineers, and internal teams to identify solutions for
• Review technical docs and manufacturing drawings to validate feasibility and risks.
• Communicate requirements, negotiate terms, and align expectations with suppliers and customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in sourcing/procurement or supply-chain in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with CNC machining, sheet-metal fabrication, or additive manufacturing.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and Docs; Salesforce experience a plus.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with cross-functional collaboration and written/verbal communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and long-term sourcing cases.
