Spacecraft Analysis Team Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team to design, develop, and verify SAR spacecraft
• Collaborate across hardware and software to deliver mission-ready systems
• Support launch, early operations and commissioning activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Aerospace/Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or
• Experience leading a team of 3-8 R&D engineers
• Hands-on experience with satellite systems, RF, or remote sensing
• Strong in Python and STK; systems engineering, requirements management, verification
• Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills
• Understanding SAR principles a plus
