📋 Description

• Lead housing accommodations, transportation, site amenities, and customer service activities
• Develop and implement customer service strategies and training programs
• Coordinate service operations, monitor staff, and ensure excellent customer service
• Hire and develop talent; onboard new staff; uphold customer service principles
• Support Spaceport Village operations to boost morale and productivity

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 2+ years in hospitality or operations
• Experience leading teams in hospitality/operations
• Advanced knowledge of customer service and problem resolution
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication
