Special Project Manager

📋 Description

• Improve internal processes — diagnose, redesign, and implement fixes.
• Embed with leaders to raise team performance (KPIs, tooling, ways of working).
• Run 4–12 week projects: market analysis, cost reviews, tooling rollouts.
• Own ambiguous, cross-team issues until solved.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years at top strategy consulting (MBB, etc.) or BizOps/strategy at scale-up.
• Structured problem-solver with analytics; Excel/Sheets, SQL a plus.
• Doer mentality — autonomous, handles multiple workstreams.
• Strong interpersonal skills — win trust quickly without formal authority.
• Top academic background (business or engineering).
• Fluent English (French a plus).
